Anyone with success on CELEXA and Anxiety??

The Celexa now seems to be lifting the depression SLIGHTLY, but doing NOTHING for horrible anxiety. Has anyone had any success with Celexa for anxiety? I'm thinking of switching/trying Effexor. I can't take much more of this.
