Give it a full 6-week trial to determine whether it has a beneficial effect. After 6 weeks the dose-response curve flattens and no further benefit is seen according to the research on SSRI's.

> Recently started taking Celexa for depression and anxiety - almost two weeks of side effects and no real improvement. How long does it take Celexa to kick in. Now seem to have less depression, but what about ANXIETY? That is still real bad for me. Does Celexa work on that? Any answers greatly appreciated.
