To get that "I don't care" feeling and ignore the whole thing is important (this is easier said than done but from my experience everything else will bring you just more pain and worry). Also, make sure to take Vit+mineral supplements for skin,hair and nails. Those contain some important minerals like zink, selenium, iron, inositol, B vitamins etc.
And keep me informed if you checked your hair today, I'm just curious.I wonder what happened to Cletus, I was expecting some info from him because he's the guy who got his hair back with Celexa, and I am pretty sure we are suffering from the similar problem.
Hopefully, he's still reading this.
