I thnik they have, I am on low dose of medazepam and it has certain effect. It may also be that once you are free of anxiety (whoch is why I take it) things start to improve by itself. You feel less stress (caused by anxiety) and get more energy and have generally clearer mind. Also side effects are non - existing , although they may be addictive (that's what they say).
