Wellbutrin/Remeron - available in Australia?

Does anyone know if Wellbutrin is available in Asutralia, besides as Zyban, and also Remeron.
It seems we are a long way behind the US and other places in terms of available meds.
I am Bipolar with major lethargic depression. Would love to try something which would add some energy...
Any ideas, I'm 'trying' to stay away from amphetamines because they're the only thing that 'fixes' me up.
