sigh... i understand it is hard. those first weeks are just plain tough. i found tapering off the caffeine to help a bit (just went to 1/2 strength on the morning coffee is all). that might help. i had to take some ativan every once in a while. i found chamomile tea to work really well too just to keep me calm. i did a lot of mental talking through it to tell myself to just stay calm and that was effective. i also tried to be real easy on myself, give myself breaks and tried not to subject myself to unnecessary stresses that i knew would make it all worse. i let myself sleep more often as well. yes, being overwhelmed with small things describes the agitation very well. the agitation does let up. you probably will get some with each increase.
courage to you, terra
Hi there!

I found that my craving for food has decreased. This is a plus! It is just very hard. I get really stressed out at the silliest things. I am trying to rationally "keep it together" I just feel so out of control.
