Yep, the big three seem to be Wellbutrin, Serzone, and Remeron, none of which are SSRIs.

I'm on Remeron now, and it seems to have started working. I'm not sure, but I suspect the side-effect I'm feeling (described in the thread above) on Remeron now would be much less of a problem in women. And again, this is just my intuition based on a cartoonish picture of how these drugs work and personal experience, but I think if you responded well to an SSRI in the past you might want to skip Wellbutrin and Serzone and try Remeron first. It seems to act on serotonin strongly, something the other two either don't seem to.
