Hello! I too take Effexor XR 225mg a day in split doses. I have starting dreaming as well. They are not what you call nightmares, but they are dark and disturbing. The kind when you wake up, you tend to think about them all day. Obviously not the kind you want to rush to get back to sleep to jump back in it. (lol) Anyway, I went to the link and read that they usually subside within 60-90 days, I hope so!Effexor works for me...except for the dreaming and insomnia.
