Hello,
YES, I experienced ALL of the side effects you mention here when I was on Prozac -- my psychiatrist kept saying how rare it is to have those side effects, so it is comforting in a way to know that there are others out there who have felt the same way.

Turns out that ALL of the SSRIs I've tried have had the same effects. I have added Wellbutrin (up to 300 mg) which did make the fatigue soemwhat more tolerable, but not enough to continue. The Wellbutrin alone wasn't enough to help the depression.

I am now researching other options. Sorry to hear you have those horrible side effects -- I truly know how it feels. I hope you find relief soon! Maybe a higher dose of WEllbutrin.

By the way, weren't you also asking about prozac/Wellbutrin and pregnancy? ... keep me posted on your decisions! I'm interested...

Take care,
-cindy

> I've been on Sarafem (prozac) for about six weeks and I still feel a little tired. But the worse is the brain fog, lack of concentration, apathetic, can't focus. My doctor put me on Wellbutrin but it hasn't worked yet (I've been on it for over a week 75mg), I don't feel anything yet, I think I will ask her if she can increase the dose...have you guys felt these side effects that I've mentioned above?
