I had something similar happen when I was taking Nardil: not only did it poop out (after 8 or 9 months), but I started having withdrawal symptoms. You might try raising the dose, although this didn't help me.

I ended up having to go off the drug for a few weeks. When I took it again, the same thing happened -- it worked for a few months and then I started having w/d symptoms -- so I gave up on it.

I'm sorry I don't have better news or suggestions for you. I hope that Nardil ends up working out better for you than it did for me.
