I figured if it's a prescription medication in Germany it's at least worth trying. St. Johns Wort. I started with 300 mg, now at 600 and going for 900 in the next couple of days. I can see the difference already. Since my depression is not life threatening, I figured why have all those withdrawal effects... I'll see how that works..
