Yes, I was given that to improve antidepressant response, improve ADD symptoms, and to reduce SSRI-related dystonia about a year ago. It worked fairly well for all of that. The *only* side-effect was really bad nausea (it got stopped for that), but I am unusually susceptible to nausea and you might not even notice it. It may not work by itself for depression. It is really cheap so you wouldn't be out much if doesn't help you.
