Adderall Effexor

I've been taking 225mg Effexor-xr for a few months and started on Adderall this morning for possible ADD and narcolepsy.
Has anyone had any experiences with this combination, or with just Adderall. Also wondering about possible ties between
Effexor and narcolepsy/eds. Thanks.
