I agree. Too much Wellbutrin in your blood at one time can cause major problems, even if you don't have a seizure, you could end up wired, with migraines, cottonmouth, violent, etc etc. I wouldn't even be surprised if it triggered mania. Better to lump together the Effexor and keep the Wellbutrin spread out.
