Why is bloat is back?

I've taken prozac on and off for ten years. I just resumed taking it for PMS symptoms, primarily the bloat that makes me miserable. It worked like a charm for about 2-3 months but this month I'm as bloated as ever. Has anyone else experienced this? Can it poop out this soon? Any suggestions?
