I had muscle tension--which I call dystonia--from SSRIs or at least some of them. I think it went away when I quit taking the drug causing them (Zoloft)--at least the tough symptoms did. I still am prone to muscle cramps tho and back aches so it's something I have to watch out for. I use magnesium to help with the cramps--up to 1000 mg a day. Let us know what you find.
