Hi Neal,
I have switched from Amisulpride to Zyprexa. I used to take Amisulpride by day, and Remeron by night. But after a while I realized I didn't like Remeron and it wasn't helping me anyway. I switched to Zyprexa primarily to see if it would help with my sleep, and it did, but I also discovered by happy accident that it worked real well overall.
Once a couple weeks ago I felt lousy one day and was wondering if maybe Zyprexa was pooping out on me. I took one dose of Amisulpride as an experimental booster, and within 4 hours I felt awesome again. So I still keep Amisulpride onhand just in case. I only take it if I feel I need a boost. When I do, 25mg to 50mg does the trick.
