Hi. I started with Celexa and only experienced side effects... no help with the depression. I switched to Effexor XR and found it to help rather quickly. Now I've been trying to wean off for some time. I'm not sure it was worth it for me, but everyone is different. With Celexa I experienced severe headaches and a spacey feeling until my body adjusted. It took a few weeks as I recall.
