I had this, what you describe below, from Effexor XR. It got increasingly worse and I felt AWFUL. Like I was plugged into an electrical outlet and there were currents running thru me. Awful. Anyway, my point is that it could be the Paxil, in my opinion. My pdoc was idiotic and totally dismssed that my problems could have been from Effexor. Apparently what I experienced is very common when people are withdrawing from Effexor, but not while they are actually on it.

I have times where I have much involuntary movement of my arms, hands, legs, face, and my back sometimes too. This started about two weeks ago, starting with my hands. Then my face. Then my legs. Now everything.
