Richelson: MAOIs

You mentioned in your talk that those with refractory depression usually end up taking MAOIs, then you mentioned that MAOIs are not suitable for some patients. Can you elaborate on how they might be unsuitable and (perhaps I missed it) what other drugs you might try if MAOIs aren't a viable solution?
