Hello PaulW,
I am in UK also take effexor and my pdoc gave me buspar[buspirone]for sexual problems but after a year the sexual problem just dissapeared so I had lots of buspar left.On one particular miserable night i took 20mg [felt like effexor wasn't working]and later the next day the effexor kicked back in.
