I agree with the suggestion of Zyprexa. Don't wait for the doc to prescribe it. Instead, ask for it. 2.5mg to 5mg. I've tried everything out there, and nothing has been as good for sleep as Zyprexa, for me anyway. Other supposedly sedating meds, like Trazodone, Serzone, Remeron, Nortriptyline, actually made my sleep worse. I like Zyprexa for a whole lot of things, including sleep.
