Yes they can be mixed. I would not combine SJW with an MAO inhibitor, but just about anything else is ok to try. My local doc routinely allows patients to combine SJW with their psychiatric drugs if so desired.

If you do, start low and go slow. Don't start with the normal daily dose of three pills. Instead, start with one a day and work your way up as tolerated.
