Thank you for your in-depth and very knowledgeable explanation concerning my daughter's mydriasis. Had my daughter's pdoc explained this to me on a professional to professional level vs. speaking to me as if I were a third-grader (I think us healthcare professionals tend to forget that some of our patient's parents are in the same profession!) I would have been greatly relieved. It never ceases to amaze me how I "lose my license to practice" when it comes to my own family. In other words, when it comes to family, I am simply a concerned, worried mommy. Thanks, Sunnely
