I'm new on Effexor XR-37.5mg for 2 days and today I am feeling very tense, nauseated and "spacey".Is this normal and how long does it last? I'm thinking about stopping the medication because I don't like how it is making me feel. I'm very petite and can't afford to have nausea and no appetite.Any feedback from anybody?
