i eat many things:) the main changes so far had been eating plenty of fresh peaches, specific kinds of melons, warm salads, and salads made almost entirely with herbs and tons of raw oil, freshwater fish, and i also make my own bread - without yeast - to make it fluffy i use the starter they make in Iran, from chic peas. Basically, I follow my heart desires, since I am a chef, this is rather easy.
once I started eating this way, I discovered that I am unable to go back to foods I craved constantly before: chocolats, meat'n'potatoes, yogurt, etc. and I want foods I previously considered disgusting, for example, boiled carrots and beets.
if you are far away at this point from recognizing what is the right food for you, look into your dreams, see whom you are attracted to tonight and imagine what this person would want for dinner. sometimes you'd get from the dream what you do NOT want. for example, a chinese girl in my dream complained about them serving rice everyday in the diner. I stopped eating rice rather naturally after that, and let me tell you that I had been eating rice daily for 20+ years prior to that dream.
