I have the same problem, Mike. I am taking 37.5 mg, and I can barely stay awake during the day. Actually, I've found that it's not necessarily "during the day", it's when I'm trying to sit at my desk at work and focus on what I'm doing. When I need to focus on something that's not internal, I need to sleep. When I want to relax and sleep, that's when I wake up.
What's worse, if there is ANY form of anxiety around, it gets multiplied exponentially and then I REALLY can't sleep.
Even wierder, if I've been on it consistently (I've been inconsistent because I can'ttake the side effects), no matter what time, if I lay down right after I get home from work, I crash out UNTIL IT'S TIME TO GO TO BED... no matter what time I get home, I'll easily crash out until it's time to REALLY SLEEP. Then I cannot.
But, it helps my mood and helps me deal with things. What am I going to do? I'd rather be tired than depressed, so, I guess I keep taking it.
The main point is that, no matter what time of day, I cannot sleep well at night. Real positive for you, eh! But, I feel it's worth it.
