Lithium can often jumpstart Prozac and other antidepressants often within 48 to 72 hours. Other viable alternatives are T4, buspirone, or PINDOLOL (my favorite).

Felt great for about two weeks, but today, which happens to coincide with the beginning of my period, I feel like I usually do--bleak, bored, wanting to pull the covers over my head. I've taken Prozac before, and the great effects lasted longer than this. What to do next?
