Perhaps your doctor could put you on methylphenidate, pemoline, or dextroamphetamine. I wonder why a complete change from Prozac to Celexa was needed when other measures to defeat sexual side-effects could have been used (buproprion, methylphenidate, buspirone, or medication holidays).

> Hi all. I was on Prozac (20 mg/day) for about 3 months which was GREAT for my PMS, but lack of libido/reaching orgasm was too much for me. Switched to Celexa (20 mg/day) and have experimented taking it during various times of the day, but after 1 month I'm still VERY sleepy all the time (could sleep 24 hours/day). Libido is still intact, but orgasm reaching is falling...

Because I sleep so much (I'm a student and can nap a lot) I get seriously confused about whether or not something was a dream, because it was SO real. I never dreamt much before Celexa, and now I have one long-running dream every time I sleep. Anyone had this? It seems to be getting worse --- help!
