My experience leads me to believe that Paxil and Celexa are WAY better for Anxiety that Prozac and Zoloft, but YES also Paxil and Celexa cause more weight gain. Everyone is a little different

For anxiety
1)Celexa
2)Paxil
3)Zoloft
4)Prozac

Weight Gain
1)Paxil
2)Celexa
3)Zoloft
4)Prozac

Just my opinion though.. I've tried them all..
Maybe try Prozac with a little bit of trazodone 25-50mg... That helped with my anxiety..
