How come I have never heard of Serzone being prescribed for panic attacks?

Got back on Paxil and have a prescription of xanax for emergencies (about 1 x per 2 weeks I take one). I have now started taking Serzone, but it makes me feel just "yucky" - like I am hungover. How long does this last? Has anyone experienced good results w/ Serzone for panic attacks? Please respond. Thanks!
