I don't think I had any side effects from buspar and still couldn't get a good nights sleep.

I have no motivation whatsoever. On the weekends I sleep 10-11 hours. Today I woke at 9:00 (Spring Break for the kids) and had to lay down from noon-1:30, during which time I felt that I was floating up by the ceiling but couldn't force my eyes open for the life of me. I'm either in a rage or on the verge of tears. I'm ready for bed again now (8:30), but the kids aren't! Will this feeling go away, or should I try something else?
