A lot of the SSRIs cause insomnia for many people. I increased my Prozac to 40 mg which works great [you have to give the 20 mg time; at least 3 or 4 weeks]. I take generic Xanax a half hour before bedtime. This totally takes care of the problem and I have no other major side effects. My friend takes Prozac for many years and takes Trazodone for sleeping. It works very well for her. She's on this combo for quite a few years. I hope the Prozac works well for you.
