Yes, becoming obsessed with negative thoughts has always accompanied my periodic depressions. I think they can deepen and prolong the depression.
I also started rapid cycling after being on Celexa for a few months. Neurontin helped some with both of the above, but was not sufficient alone. I am currently trying Depakote and Zoloft in addition. Does the risperidal help you at all with the negative thoughts?
