Hi, Roo. Anything that affects 5HT2 is likely to cause sexual side effects. Unfortunately, that includes most of the SSRI's. There are a few SSRI's or variants where this isn't supposed to happen. I believe Celexa, Remeron, and Buproprion are some of them. I'm aware that Paxil, Prozac, and similar acting SSRI's all cause about the same level of sexual dysfunction. I found a good article on these the other day. I'll see if I can re-locate it and pass it on.
