Ashley,
I have a perfectly normal son (and I was on mellaril- an older antipsychotic- for part of the first trimester). Since then I have had several miscarriages (on drugs and off), where the chromosomal analysis of the fetus was normal. I have an autoimmune disorder which is probably to blame. I don't know your age, but you can request amniocentesis if you are really fearful. The meds that have the highest incidence of teratogenic effects are the anti-convulsants, and even then it is in the 5% range. There is an overwhelming chance of delivering a normal child on your med regime, the only negative will be not being able to breastfeed. I wanted to add that pregnancy was a time when my mood was most normal, and postpartum was when I had the biggest difficulties. Let me know how you do- Judy
