sulpiride

Hi,
I take sulpiride/200mg for dysthymia/social phobia. I`m satisfied with it but I experience sexual dysfunction with it ( i`m male). Is prolactin the cause and can dopamine agonists like pergolide, pramipexole or bromocriptin help? Is such a combination useful at all (dopamine antagonist + dopamine agonist)?
