pain from eating with naltrexone?

I'm having some problems with naltrexone. If I eat a regular meal (not a snack), about a half-hour to hour after eat I feel like I've just had three Thanksgiving dinners. It's very painful, and has only been happening for a few days.

Last night after sushi I was in so, so much discomfort. It last for hours.

Anyone have any idea what might be going on?
