I am on Nortriptyline right now 60mg (not in the therapeutic range yet). My pdoc wants to augment with Zoloft or eventually switch. Is Zoloft really effective for PD and anxiety? Any response is greatly appriciated?

Zoloft did wonders for my anxiety. I could suddently speak in public with ease (something that used to give me panic attacks). All of my insecurities left me, in fact. It was amazing.
