Lulubell

I have CFS, which is similar to fibro except except I complain more of the fatigue than the pain. After four months, I can say the effexor has helped with most everything except for the pain. I believe this is because it doesn't help with restorative sleep. I'm now looking for something to help with this.

I found that a physiotherapist helped educate me which exercises were beneficial and which movements to restrict. On my own I figured out that less is more, concering the exercises and activity.

GOOD LUCK
