Seroquel is wonderful for sleep--from the first dose you take. Its very powerful. I took it for a couple months (I don't have psychosis).

Seroquel has an anti-manic effect, but little antidepressant effect. Zyprexa has more of an antidepressant effect when combined with Prozac, according to the latest study.
