Paxil to tofranil ??s

Hey all--
am off to pdoc to get rid of paxil 30 mgs [weight gain, muscle weakness] and go back to good old trusty tofranil, with which I had positive results in the past. dx chronic depression & ADD.
would *hope* to do simultaneous intro and withdrawal.
any ideas about what to expect? sick days not possible at this point in time.

also taking adderall 30 mgs for ADD.

any insight and experience appreciated.
