Pramipexole lowers prolactin levels and should lessen or eliminate the gallactorea. Try to get up to the effective dose of 5 to 6 mg./day though. If nausea is a problem order domperidone from the overseas pharmacy Farmacia Cerati.
You can switch from risperdal to zyprexa. Zyprexa does not cause gallactorrea and is an antipsychotic with action similar in many ways to risperdal.
