It's contraindicated, but I've read on this board that Wellbutrin and an MAOI have been combined, but only under a doctor's supervision. I have not read about Manerix and Wellbutrin, but I have read about
Wellbutrin and Parnate, and I emailed a doctor that someone on this board refered me to, who apparently was an early advocate of this. He says it can be done, but your pdoc needs to be current and watch you carefully.

From what I've read about MAOIs, I wouldn't fool with them without the supervision of someone who knows more about them than I do. JMHO.
