I am not 10 days off and feel much better. I feel lucky too
compared to some, Still get head spins.... and headaches but not
near as bad.... But the vitamins and mins and more water seemed
to help. ???? My doctor said she had never heard of anyone having
these side effects, mine must be a rare case! I told her I don't
think so... but whatever.

Thanks James and shell!
> Any idea what does cause it? When I quit taking Effexor, I could tell that it was gone within 48 hours because its side effects were gone. Why does the withdrawal last so much longer (7-10 days for me and I was one of the fortunate ones)? I was taking Wellbutrin, Concerta (and the occasional Prozac), so it wasn't like I went cold turkey from all ADs.
