Wellbutrin Side Effects

Hi all,

Hope 2001 is treating everyone well. A question or two re: Wellbutrin. I recently added W/B @ 150 mgs per day to my existing meds which are:

Remeron @ 30 mgs
Buspar @ 30 mgs
Adderall @ 30 mgs
Levothyroid @ 150 mcgs

I've been on W/B for one week and I've noticed that the W/B makes me really irritable and a bit confused for the first 4 or 5 hours after taking. I have not noticed any improvement in the depression yet but I know that one week is not long enough.

Any thoughts on whether the irritability and mental confusion I'm experiencing from W/B will diminish over time, and if so, how long. Also, how long before I should start to notice an improvement in mood.
