I use it. For me (BP II) it provides a clarity of thought and a mild calming effect. I agree with Bill, the positive effect is short-lived (i.e.; between two and four hours). It is kinda spendee at about forty bucks for 60 softgel caps (500mg). I use the Source Naturals brand. I have not found much clinical trial data on the web, but the suppliers of the products have some useful information on their web pages. Just search for phosphatidyl serine, or maybe you already have. Let me know if you need help.
My bottom line opinion: Not snake oil but not a huge bang for the buck.
