Hi Andre,
One type of med that helps borderlines is anticonvulants (mood stabilizers). These include Depakote, carbamazapine, Lamictal, and Neurontin, among others. Supposedly they are very good for impulsivity. So, if you haven't tried any of them before, I'd give one a shot and see if it helps your borderline symptoms.
