Hi,
Hate to disappoint you here, but I think we are confusing two different drugs: anafranil and adrafinil. I don't think adrafinil has a reputation of causing spontaneous orgasms.
I am trialing adrafinil right now. I haven't noticed any sexual effects, with the possible exception of feeling like I might have to work a little harder at it. But that could be due to other health issues. Certainly, I haven't felt that major dulling/delaying kind of thing you can get with SSRIs (I had to work so hard to achieve THAT!!!?).
But that's just one person's (female's) experience.
As to other side effects, they seem to be minimal to nonexistent at the dose I am taking (300mg). The main side effect appears to be temporary bouts of hypomania during the first few days of taking it.
