Concerta v adderall

I recently switched fron 40 mg adderall to 54 mg concerta and I feel horrible. I have experienced severe head aches and a feeling of being immobilized. Any hyperkinesis has been erased but there is no increase in concentration whatsoever. I am an adult. I am desperate to resume adderall.
